Requirements
- Have some junior-level experience in product management, business analysis, or a functional/process role within tech or financial-sector projects.
- Demonstrate coachability and eagerness to learn.
- Have basic to intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum ceremonies, artifacts, and backlog management.
- Be familiar with writing and managing user stories.
- Have working knowledge of Jira and Figma.
- Have B2+/C1 English proficiency, including strong spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and translate them into user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, including native English-speaking team members.
- Identify and report risks and issues.
- Help ensure alignment with IT process management standards.
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies.
- Support product development from discovery and design through implementation and continuous improvement.
