Job Details

Have 5+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration experience.
Have strong knowledge of objects, lifecycles, workflows, page layouts, roles, security profiles, sharing rules, and document types.
Have configured at least one Veeva Vault application: Clinical, RIM, Quality/QMS, Safety, or Medical.
Have experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
Have experience with Vault Admin Console and Configuration Migration.
Have experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
Be able to prepare configuration documentation.
Be fluent in English.
Experience across multiple Vault applications is a plus.
Experience in a Veeva CoE or Platform Team is a plus.
Veeva Vault Administrator Certification, knowledge of Vault Connections, or additional Veeva certifications are a plus.

Configure and maintain Veeva Vault security, roles, authentication and authorization, objects, page layouts, lifecycles, workflows, security profiles, and sharing rules.
Translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations that follow CoE standards.
Support configuration across multiple Vault applications within a shared platform.
Perform impact analysis before implementing configuration changes.
Collaborate with Integration Engineers to ensure configurations support APIs and integrations.
Resolve configuration-related defects during UAT activities.
Maintain configuration documentation aligned with GxP and SDLC standards.
Assess Veeva Vault platform releases and implement required changes.
Support Change Control and CAB activities.
Mentor junior team members where needed.
