Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
Have at least 3 years of professional QA/software testing experience.
Bring hands-on experience testing AI and/or SaaS platforms.
Have experience creating test plans and test cases from functional and technical requirements.
Have working experience with defect and issue tracking tools such as Jira.
Have strong knowledge of test planning, execution, and requirements traceability.
Have experience with defect management and root-cause coordination with vendors.
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Be able to work effectively with cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
Be comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving PoC environment.

Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed, traceable test cases and scenarios.
Plan, execute, and document installation, functional, integration, performance, and security test cycles across the PoC.
Validate vendor self-assessment responses against the requirements checklist and identify gaps or discrepancies.
Support and verify endpoint installation testing across the pilot user cohort.
Test runtime AI governance, risk and impact evaluation, monitoring, and observability capabilities.
Log, prioritize, and track defects through resolution with vendors’ technical teams.
Coordinate resources and testing dependencies with dependent teams after submission milestones.
Contribute to defining the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready for the team’s Kanban board.
Support UAT with the pilot end-user cohort and capture structured feedback.
Verify audit trails, logs, and compliance reporting; prepare QA status reports for stakeholders, procurement, and leadership.
