Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Solution Architecture or Solution Design experience.
- Have hands-on experience with Veeva Vault.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of Vault configuration, objects, lifecycles, and workflows.
- Understand Vault-to-Vault Connections and APIs.
- Have experience with MuleSoft or similar integration technologies.
- Have experience creating solution design documentation.
- Have experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
- Have Agile/Scrum experience.
- Have excellent English communication skills.
- Nice to have: experience across multiple Veeva Vault applications.
- Nice to have: TOGAF knowledge, Veeva Vault certifications, or experience working in a Veeva CoE.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Veeva Vault solutions based on business and platform requirements.
- Translate architecture decisions into detailed solution designs for delivery teams.
- Produce solution designs, data flow diagrams, integration designs, and object models.
- Review configuration and integration deliverables for architectural compliance.
- Support reusable design patterns across multiple Vault applications.
- Act as the primary architectural contact for Configuration, Integration, and QA teams.
- Perform impact analysis across Vault applications and integrations.
- Support architecture reviews, release planning, and PoCs.
- Collaborate with Senior Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams.
