Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar sales or relationship-building position.
- Bring experience in senior living, healthcare, care management, or a related field; this is preferred.
- Excel at networking and face-to-face relationship building.
- Communicate clearly, listen deeply, and lead with empathy.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable in a flexible, field-based role.
- Reside in the Jacksonville metropolitan area.
- Work Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed by clients.
Responsibilities
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys.
- Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset.
- Represent Oasis as a resource for families navigating the senior living landscape.
- Develop relationships with local professionals across the care continuum.
- Promote senior care navigation throughout Jacksonville and nearby communities.
- Deliver a senior placement experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care.
