Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience, or a high school diploma and 6 years of experience.
  • Have more than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Demonstrate understanding of canvas and model-driven apps, data sources, data modeling, and connectors.
  • Have a code-based background that includes JavaScript, Python, and Power Fx.
  • Have knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse, and other integration tools.
  • Hold a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
  • Have held a CAC (Common Access Card) within the past 2 years.
  • Be available to work 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays.
  • Power BI and Co-Pilot experience are desired.
  • PL-900 or PL-200 certification and familiarity with Agile and Application Lifecycle Management are desired.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills are desired.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and sustain model-driven and canvas apps using premium connectors and data sources including Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs.
  • Organize and analyze incoming requirements, identify the minimum viable product, and collaborate with leadership on schedule milestones.
  • Collaborate with clients to sustain and enhance team Power Apps solutions.
  • Design relational data models in Dataverse, including data export for single-document data retention.
  • Use reusable components, custom pages, and modern controls; optimize performance and user experience.
  • Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and external APIs via custom connectors.
  • Write and maintain Power Fx and JavaScript, with React, PCF, VS Code, and Node.js also referenced.
  • Develop Power Automate flows with error handling, retry, and exception patterns.
  • Prepare deployments using managed and unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references, and pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Review solutions for quality and compliance, support incident remediation and enhancements, and maintain release notes, documentation, support processes, and incident response.
