Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in HR, consulting, transformation, project management, or organizational effectiveness.
- Experience leading complex, cross-border projects in a multinational environment.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or major organizational change initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple European countries, legislations, and cultures.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional European language; German is ideally preferred.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with HR technologies, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders and global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Advise and partner with the HR Europe Leader to execute the European People Strategy.
- Plan and coordinate strategic HR initiatives across Europe and track risks, dependencies, and leadership priorities.
- Coordinate the European HR Leadership Team and support deployment of global initiatives with Global HR COEs.
- Lead regional HR transformation projects and establish governance, project plans, milestones, and success measures.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and right-sizing with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to support implementation and adoption.
- Lead HR workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations across Europe.
- Coordinate HR due diligence, including workforce assessments, organizational analysis, reward practices, employee relations, and cultural diagnostics.
- Develop integration plans and partner with business leaders, HR teams, and COEs on post-transaction integration.
- Lead, coach, and develop a Project Manager supporting strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects.
