Requirements
- Have strong commercial experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
- Be comfortable with macOS frameworks including AppKit, Combine, Cocoa, and Foundation.
- Have a deep understanding of Swift concurrency, including async/await, actors, and structured concurrency.
- Understand how native macOS applications are built and how the platform works in practice.
- Be able to design maintainable code and make sound architectural decisions.
- Be confident debugging, troubleshooting, and improving complex production systems.
- Have experience delivering new features and improving overall code quality.
- Have a good understanding of modern Objective-C.
- Hold a B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build high-quality native GUI experiences for Parallels Desktop products using Swift.
- Work with UI/UX designers and Product Managers to design and deliver new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting product quality and user experience.
- Support and improve existing functionality, including refactoring the legacy codebase.
- Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews and technical discussions.
