Have 3–7 years of professional QA or software testing experience, ideally involving cloud-native, SaaS, or AI-powered applications.
Have hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.
Have experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or comparable technologies.
Have direct experience testing AI-driven systems, including AI agents, conversational AI, LLM-powered features, or generative AI outputs.
Understand AI evaluation and validation, particularly accuracy, consistency, reliability, safety, and bias.
Be able to develop thorough test scenarios, identify edge cases, and assess complex user journeys.
Bring strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for unpredictable or dynamic AI-driven workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams.
Work independently in a rapidly changing startup environment.
Balance delivery speed with appropriate quality, risk management, and testing depth.

Own quality across multiple product features, validating technical functionality and user experience.
Design, execute, maintain, and improve manual and automated test plans for product workflows.
Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and release testing.
Test AI-powered conversational experiences, chat workflows, and generative outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability, and safety.
Evaluate LLM-generated responses for correctness, edge cases, potential bias, and user-friendliness.
Validate AI-driven workflows and automation capabilities.
Perform API testing and help identify integration issues across interconnected services.
Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to reproduce defects, investigate root causes, and support releases.
Contribute to test automation frameworks and improve QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Identify opportunities to strengthen testing coverage and proactively address quality risks.
