Experience: At least five years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering (SRE); at least two years of demonstrated experience leading software engineering initiatives, coordinating technical projects, and mentoring engineers in production environments.

Have at least five years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
Bring experience in high-scale distributed systems and production environments.
Have at least two years of experience leading software engineering initiatives, coordinating technical projects, and mentoring engineers in production environments.
Have practical experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting infrastructure with at least two of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Understand cloud networking, security groups, identity and access management (IAM), single sign-on (SSO), and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Understand modern cloud-native security practices.
Be fully professionally fluent in Hebrew and English.
Preferred: Have deep knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm, including their architecture and internal mechanisms, and be able to troubleshoot and extend them.
Preferred: Have familiarity with Go and the ability to develop infrastructure tooling or contribute to cloud-native systems.
Preferred: Have experience optimizing cloud resource utilization and costs or working with infrastructure tooling and resource management products.
Be able to work across engineering, product, and R&D functions and balance technical priorities.

Lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure for self-hosted products, installation and onboarding workflows, SaaS platforms, and AI infrastructure.
Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure, including networking, compute, identity management, SSO, and security configurations.
Guide technical projects, set engineering priorities, and mentor team members.
Work directly with customers to facilitate infrastructure deployments, troubleshoot technical issues, and support successful installation and operation.
Collaborate with backend engineering, product, and R&D teams to support feature development and maintain production stability and service reliability.
Develop automation, tooling, and processes to reduce manual work and operational bottlenecks.
Maintain and improve infrastructure security, including access controls, identity and authentication mechanisms, and network security.
Identify infrastructure risks and technical challenges, and implement scalable solutions to improve performance, resilience, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
