Requirements
- Have experience in customer service, such as retail, hospitality, or a customer service center.
- Have experience with trading platforms for digital assets or other assets, including advanced trading platforms.
- Know trading and charting.
- Understand leveraged trading, including futures and/or margin.
- Have good math skills.
- Be a fast learner who can adapt to changing products.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Answer client questions about trading, futures, consumer products, Kraken Desktop, and crypto deposits and withdrawals through text and live support channels.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues involving trading, futures, Kraken Desktop, and crypto deposits and withdrawals.
- Test new trading features and provide feedback before they are released to clients.
- Assist with quality assurance for other specialists and improve training materials.
- Update Confluence articles.
- Break down fees, margin levels, and profit-and-loss calculations for clients.
- Potentially monitor trading activity for fraudulent actions or trade-out attacks.
