Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided.
- Hold an active Oregon license or be willing to obtain one.
- Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Be willing to work primarily with pediatric patients.
- Use evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, trauma therapy, addiction therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and bereavement or grief counseling.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based treatment modalities to meet patients’ clinical needs.
- Deliver individual and group therapy and engage patients in their treatment plans.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed.
- Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities in compliance with clinical practices, contracts, and regulations.
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the individual’s safety plan.
- Participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team to determine clinically appropriate patient dispositions.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education and training.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
