Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted mental health license in your state of primary residence and in the state where services are provided.
- Be active or willing to obtain a Massachusetts license.
- Be comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Be willing to work evening hours.
- Have access to a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy suited to patients’ clinical needs, including individual and group treatment.
- Use treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, psychoeducation, trauma therapy, addiction therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and grief counseling.
- Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents as needed.
- Maintain clinic records and document services and patient activities in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families based on the individual’s safety plan.
- Participate in case planning with the multidisciplinary team as new information is gathered.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing education and training.
- Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration as needed.
