Bring 8+ years of experience in software/platform engineering or DevOps.
Have 5+ years of dedicated Site Reliability Engineering experience.
Demonstrate expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and full-stack observability.
Have experience with tracing, logging, and SLI/SLOs.
Be proficient in Python, Go, or Bash for production tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
Demonstrate experience in root cause analysis and high-severity incident response.
Have a track record in long-term reliability engineering.
Have experience mentoring engineers, leading cross-functional projects, and setting technical strategy.
Have hands-on experience applying AI/ML to telemetry data for capacity-risk prediction, anomaly detection, or workflow optimization.

Design and improve monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and SLI/SLOs for production visibility.
Build internal tools and delivery pipelines to improve efficiency, reduce toil, and support reliable deployments.
Improve system performance, scalability, and security to mitigate customer impact.
Lead production incident response from triage through resolution and turn lessons into runbooks and preventive measures.
Guide major technical initiatives, align cross-team engineering efforts, and manage technical risks.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, paired problem-solving, and incident post-mortems.
Join the on-call rotation and lead capacity planning and disaster recovery readiness.
Use operational AI/ML tools to forecast capacity risks, detect patterns, and automate system health.
