Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in Legal Systems or a similar technical operations role.
- Have 5+ years of experience building in Ironclad.
- Be proficient with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Be proficient with SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Have demonstrated experience building reliable integrations with monitoring, error handling, and retry logic.
- Be familiar with contracts and exercise sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Be able to take ownership and work independently.
- Be able to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve Ironclad intake forms, workflows, approvals, templates, clause libraries, and agreement data.
- Manage Ironclad users, permissions, and SSO to restrict confidential and privileged information appropriately.
- Build and maintain integrations between Ironclad and HubSpot, Ramp, Hex, and other business systems.
- Use the Ironclad API and other integration tools when native connectors do not meet business requirements.
- Develop contract and SLA dashboards covering turnaround times, backlog, contract value, renewals, and expirations.
- Improve data quality and reporting across connected business systems.
- Run a release process with testing, owner sign-off, scheduled releases, and release notes.
- Build secure AI connections and account for access controls, confidentiality, and system permissions.
