Job Details

Have 10+ years of research experience.
Bring expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Have experience using AI tools for user research.
Be able to run statistical analyses and design and analyze surveys.
Be able to lead foundational qualitative studies.
Have a track record of delivering insights in ambiguous, early-stage, or fast-changing problem spaces.
Demonstrate the ability to work directly with senior leadership and influence strategy.
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to own multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
Experience with 0-to-1 or incubation products is a bonus.
Familiarity with Claude Code, SQL, and working directly with data is a bonus.
A background in consumer products or hospitality is a bonus.
A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience is a bonus.

Own end-to-end research for new incubation areas, from framing questions to delivering recommendations.
Select and use qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver fast, actionable insights.
Triangulate across data sources and past learnings to identify relevant signals.
Balance quick reads with deeper studies while maintaining research quality.
Partner with Product, Design, Business Operations, and Data Science to shape strategy.
Communicate research findings to stakeholders at every level, including senior executives.
Develop narratives that make users' needs, pain points, and opportunities clear.
Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops to translate research insights into product decisions and strategy.
