Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in IT administration and/or technical support, or equivalent.
- Know IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
- Have demonstrated experience with network and workstation operating systems.
- Have demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Have demonstrated experience with web and internet technologies.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Provide a home office computer meeting the stated hardware and operating-system requirements.
- Have stable internet with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speeds.
- Have a noise-cancelling headset, smartphone capable of installing Microsoft Authenticator, HD webcam, and second monitor.
- Be available full time, 40 hours a week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday.
- Have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Be able to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Provide NBI Clearance if applying from the Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote standards and alignment reviews for clients.
- Maintain, update, and phase out assigned client standards templates as technology or client environments change.
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of assigned client environments.
- Check, update, and verify the accuracy of client information and documentation.
- Uphold best practices and report recommendations to the vCIO.
- Identify client technical risks and collaborate with internal teams.
- Contribute to maintaining the ITS Standards Library and participate in the Standards and Alignment Committee.
- Proactively maintain and improve client infrastructure remotely.
- Review project results for thoroughness, outcomes, documentation, and quality of execution.
- Liaise with and advise clients, consultants, and contractors; attend meetings as required.
