Job Details

Languages: Clear communicator in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Required Skills: PHPJavaKotlinGoCI/CDRESTful APIs

Have strong coding and computer science fundamentals.
Have a strong background in Golang.
Have experience with Java or Kotlin; these are preferred technologies.
Be able to work with PHP and adapt to changing backend technologies and project requirements.
Use agentic workflows such as Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or equivalent as a default way of working.
Practice context engineering, including designing agent information architecture, repository structure, configuration, code context, memory, and tool access.
Understand model-routing trade-offs and multi-agent orchestration.
Take ownership of AI-generated output by validating and refactoring it.
Have experience with large-scale web applications and scalable distributed systems.
Be able to design well-bounded, future-proof domain systems aligned with business objectives.
Have deep expertise in CI/CD, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, AWS, and relational and NoSQL databases.
Align technical decisions with business strategy and influence without authority.
Communicate clearly in English across engineering, product, and leadership audiences.
Take initiative and support engineers through technical leadership and mentoring.

Design new service domains from scratch based on business understanding.
Decide which parts of the PHP monolith to extract into Go microservices and why.
Help build an AI development harness focused on context engineering, evaluations, and agent orchestration.
Design solutions and steer and review AI-generated code.
Develop new technical ideas and review other engineers' contributions.
Influence how engineering teams work and align technical decisions with business strategy.
Guide and support engineers through technical leadership and mentoring.
