Requirements
- Bring strong hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
- Have deep Kubernetes/EKS knowledge.
- Have Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code expertise.
- Have experience with CI/CD and GitOps, such as Argo CD or similar.
- Understand networking, IAM, secrets, and cloud security.
- Have production monitoring and observability experience.
- Have experience designing or operating highly available distributed systems.
- Be able to troubleshoot complex production incidents.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and ability to work directly with senior engineers and architects.
- Have good English.
Responsibilities
- Shape AWS platform architecture and production readiness.
- Operate Kubernetes/EKS environments and the workload platform.
- Build infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Develop CI/CD and GitOps-based deployment workflows.
- Separate development, test, and production environments and accounts.
- Make scaling, capacity, resilience, and cost-aware infrastructure decisions.
- Establish observability, alerting, and incident readiness.
- Set up secrets, IAM, access control, and platform security guardrails.
- Enable developer self-service and platform automation.
- Define disaster recovery, backup, and operational continuity patterns.
