Requirements
- Have at least 5–8 years of DevOps experience.
- Bring a strong track record in AWS cloud infrastructure; multi-account experience is strongly preferred.
- Be comfortable supporting LLM and AI workloads on AWS, including Bedrock, LangChain services, Lambda/ECS patterns, and inference-pipeline observability and cost control.
- Have proven expertise with Terraform and Git-based workflows.
- Have experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or comparable tools.
- Have deep knowledge of security and compliance in cloud environments.
- Have experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, CloudWatch, or equivalents.
- Have experience operating SSO and identity in SaaS.
- Bring hands-on experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and migration programmes involving DNS, authentication, and data planes.
- Be able to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be located in the European Union.
- Have excellent English skills at a minimum of B2+.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of AWS-based infrastructure managed via Terraform across a multi-account, multi-tenant estate.
- Improve multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure design, scalability, and self-service through documentation, runbooks, and PR-based workflows.
- Enable AI engineering and product teams with infrastructure for AWS Bedrock, LangChain-based services, and sandbox accounts.
- Maintain and extend CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including OIDC to AWS.
- Ensure high-quality Docker usage for local development, testing pipelines, and deployments.
- Own operational identity management with FusionAuth, including SSO, migrations, and Terraform operationalisation.
- Improve monitoring and observability with Sentry and CloudWatch, including cross-account patterns for developers.
- Champion security, privacy, and compliance practices across the platform, including ISO 27001-aligned controls.
- Support migration programmes with AWS accounts, networking, DNS, and cutover work.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, IT, and external partners.
