Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional project management experience, preferably on global, complex, or strategic transformation projects.
- Hold higher education in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Have managed projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Have knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Have experience with structured project governance frameworks, project documentation, and phase-gate methodologies.
- Have practical knowledge of project management and collaboration tools, preferably Monday.com, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Have experience coordinating multinational, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams in a matrix organization.
- Have stakeholder management experience, including cooperation with senior management, project sponsors, and steering committees.
- Bring planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Be able to translate complex requirements and ambiguous situations into structured plans, clear responsibilities, and actionable solutions.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Be able to work independently while staying aligned with project strategy and business objectives.
- Have fluent written and spoken English at minimum C1; Polish or German is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into project plans, milestones, deliverables, and actionable tasks.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering schedules, resources, dependencies, and workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to support alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Monitor progress against scope, timelines, resources, and quality standards, and implement corrective actions.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical matters when needed.
- Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, methodologies, and phase-gate requirements.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and stakeholder discussions, tracking decisions and follow-up.
- Prepare project status reports covering progress, milestones, risks, and key decisions.
- Maintain project documentation and support effective use of project management tools and systems.
- Support change management activities to facilitate adoption of digital solutions across global teams.
