Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
- Hands-on presales experience, including writing proposals, scoping projects, and running discovery workshops.
- Strong understanding of how digital products are built and a product management mindset.
- Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within an Agile delivery process.
- Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that address the business problem.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Linear.
- Ability to work across US and European time zones.
- Fluent English at C1 level or above, with strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.
- Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients.
- Lead discovery with new clients to understand their business needs.
- Break complex requirements into manageable iterations for the engineering team.
- Maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps.
- Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project status, risks, and decisions.
- Scope and price engagements, contribute to proposals, and support presales.
- Work with design, engineering, and QA to ensure features meet client expectations and user needs.
- Monitor project health using KPIs, flag risks, and test completed features against agreed requirements.
