Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 1 PQE in derivatives or structured products.
  • Have gained relevant experience in private practice or in-house.
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adapt to new situations and work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Draft derivatives documentation for sell-side and buy-side clients.
  • Review derivatives documentation for sell-side and buy-side clients.
  • Negotiate derivatives documentation for sell-side and buy-side clients.
  • Assist with projects responding to regulatory and political changes.
  • Assist with risk mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date regulatory standards.
