Experience: 7+ years of demonstrated experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development; 5+ years of experience building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF; 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and Angular v16 or higher

Have 7+ years of demonstrated experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development.
Have a bachelor’s degree, or five additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Hold Microsoft Certified Professional and/or Azure certification.
Have experience refactoring and migrating .NET Framework applications to .NET Core, including ASP.NET and ASP.NET Core.
Have 5+ years of experience building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF.
Have 4+ years of experience with JavaScript and Angular v16 or higher.
Have solid experience with Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core.
Have experience with Azure Cloud.
Have experience with Visual Studio Ultimate 2017/2019/+, Azure DevOps, and Git.
Have containerization experience on Windows servers with Docker and Kubernetes.
Have solid knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodology.
Be eligible for Public Trust or Suitability Determination, depending on agency requirements.

Develop cloud-native applications using .NET 10, Angular 20+, and Azure Services.
Build applications with a focus on Web API and Entity Framework Core.
Work cross-functionally in an Agile environment.
Support maintenance and enhancement of existing systems.
Design, develop, and maintain applications and systems for clients.
Work directly with the Project Manager to support emerging client needs.
Ensure alignment with enterprise security, governance, and accessibility standards.
