Experience: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing.

Have 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing.
Bring strong experience with both exploratory testing and automated testing.
Have experience testing mobile applications and APIs.
Be able to design, write, debug, and maintain automated tests.
Have working knowledge of Git, code review, and CI/CD workflows.
Have experience developing software and automated tests both with and without AI-assisted coding tools.
Review and validate AI-generated code, identifying potential security, reliability, and maintainability issues.
Use coding assistants and agentic development tools effectively while maintaining ownership of the resulting code.
Protect proprietary code, credentials, customer information, and other sensitive data when using AI tools.
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Plan and execute exploratory, functional, regression, API, and mobile testing.
Test across multiple devices, operating systems, browsers, and network conditions.
Develop and maintain automated tests for critical product workflows and integrate them into CI/CD workflows.
Investigate flaky tests and maintain reusable test data and testing infrastructure.
Document defects with reproduction steps and supporting evidence, and partner with engineers to investigate and verify fixes.
Participate in release planning and readiness reviews, communicating release risks, unresolved defects, and testing gaps.
Partner with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria and improve testability.
Collaborate with Support and Trust & Safety to identify patterns in customer-reported issues.
Contribute to accessibility, performance, security, and reliability testing.
