Requirements
- Have 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of typography and appropriate use of brand colors, images, and fonts.
- Have expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Have a strong understanding of Figma, Google Suite (Docs, Slides, etc.), and AI tools for improving design workflows and productivity.
- Have experience creating and preparing designs for print, including brochures, labels, business cards, and other marketing materials.
- Show a range of styles and techniques for visualizing and developing early-stage ideas.
- Provide a strong visual portfolio with an emphasis on digital design.
- Be able to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional teams.
- Be able to manage multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce designs for presentation decks, digital ads, social media graphics, blogs, infographics, email campaigns, and website graphics.
- Maintain a polished and consistent brand expression across touchpoints.
- Edit and improve existing designs and templates.
- Assist the marketing and communications teams with creative and production work.
- Partner with other teams to develop creative solutions for product launches, promotions, announcements, and helpful content.
- Translate complex concepts into digestible designs for consumers and IT professionals.
