Job Details

Have experience as both a product designer and product manager, or in a hybrid PM/design role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
Write user stories and communicate designs clearly to developers.
Prioritize work against broader goals and build and explain a product roadmap.
Have experience working with a design system.
Be fluent in English.
UX experience with affiliate, marketplace, or payments products is a nice-to-have.
Research or analytics instincts are a nice-to-have.
Experience with Figma, Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Fullstory is a nice-to-have.
Interest in the creator economy is desired.

Own the payments experience for brands and creators, covering free products, one-time payments, and affiliate commissions.
Develop prototypes and concepts for future iterations, design solutions, collect feedback, and prepare requirements for engineering.
Prepare user stories and explain them to engineers.
Run development cycles, perform QA, and participate in retrospectives.
Decide when product work is ready to reach customers.
Talk with customers about their needs around paying creators, gifting products, and running affiliate programs.
Keep the company informed about the roadmap, releases, and upcoming sprint plans.
Work with product marketing so customers understand new product developments.
Track product impact using customer feedback and north star metrics.
