Job Details

Bachelor’s degree required.
Project management experience required.
Medical imaging and PACS knowledge required.
Healthcare project management experience and knowledge of project management methodologies.
Experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT software solutions is preferred.
Knowledge of hospital systems and procedures that integrate with healthcare solutions is preferred.
Technological proficiency.
Knowledge of clinical workflows and medical imaging industry challenges.
Experience writing scopes of work and maintaining project schedules and timelines.
CIIP certification is helpful.
Knowledge of Basecamp is preferred.

Create project charters and manage project scope, customer priorities, and expectations.
Lead and coordinate project activities to deliver work on time, within budget, and in line with organizational processes and contract terms.
Serve as the point of contact for assigned projects and coordinate multidisciplinary technical review teams.
Troubleshoot issues arising in complex system development and design projects.
Coordinate staff and stakeholder schedules, maintain project plans, and assign milestones and task responsibilities.
Identify project risks, develop action plans, and escalate issues or risks as needed.
Provide leadership and communication to customers and the PaxeraHealth project team.
Forecast go-live projects and quarterly revenue for assigned projects.
Use project governance tools, including scope documents, status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, and Basecamp.
Design project workflows, deliver presentations to stakeholders, and complete project closure and transition to Technical Support.
