Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Have 3–5 years of project management experience in automotive, mobility, transportation, or technology domains.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of autonomous vehicle systems, safety protocols, and regulatory frameworks.
- Show the ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale field operations.
- Use project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana and reporting dashboards.
- Have experience with AV testing, ADAS systems, or vehicle validation projects.
- Be familiar with LiDAR, radar, camera systems, and data collection tools.
- Hold a project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
- Have knowledge of AI-driven mobility technologies and simulation testing environments.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee autonomous vehicle testing projects from preparation through execution and reporting.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with engineering, safety, and regulatory teams.
- Coordinate test drivers, safety operators, data analysts, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and regulatory requirements for AV testing.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and technical dependencies, and resolve issues affecting timelines and quality.
- Track and report safety performance, operational data, and testing outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and technology partners.
- Support the integration of AI, simulation tools, and sensor technologies into test operations.
