Requirements
- Hold a degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Have 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in data centres, critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction.
- Understand electrical, mechanical, and ICT systems in mission-critical facilities.
- Demonstrate success delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Be familiar with PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
- Be proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Bring experience in contract management and commercial acumen.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly regarded.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract administration.
- Oversee design, construction, and commissioning of modular data centres, including power, cooling, security, and network infrastructure.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with governance, documentation standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet contractual and performance standards.
- Track project costs, cash flow, and forecasts; review and approve invoices, variations, and claims.
- Provide financial and operational reports to senior management.
