Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager in service delivery, as an Account Manager or Project Coordinator, or proven project management success.
  • Bring experience in cybersecurity, managed services, or IT services.
  • Have a strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and security delivery models.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to executive and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Have experience managing enterprise client relationships, renewals, and escalations.
  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, SOC dashboards, or security reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience with managed security services such as XDR, Continuous Vulnerability Exposure Management, or penetration testing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact and escalation owner for assigned cybersecurity clients, maintaining executive-level relationships.
  • Own onboarding, delivery governance, renewal readiness, service transitions, and decommissioning across the client lifecycle.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly Client Care meetings, track follow-up actions, and document outcomes.
  • Translate SOC and cybersecurity operations into executive-ready reports covering trends, investigations, risk indicators, and service performance.
  • Explain how services support risk reduction, compliance readiness, and security maturity.
  • Partner with internal teams to define and track success metrics aligned with client goals.
  • Coordinate client work with SOC analysts, threat hunters, security engineers, advisory teams, finance, and sales.
  • Lead client escalations and support expansion, renewal, and retention through proactive value articulation and risk awareness.
  • Identify service gaps and process improvements, and contribute to cybersecurity Client Success playbooks, dashboards, and standard operating procedures.
