Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning solutions in production at scale.
- Have experience implementing end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving.
- Be proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem, including pandas and scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Be comfortable working with large datasets and writing complex SQL queries.
- Have experience with modern cloud infrastructure such as AWS or similar, and containerization tools such as Docker.
- Be familiar with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring model performance and data drift.
- Understand machine learning fundamentals, including model selection, training, evaluation, and feature engineering.
- Have knowledge of statistical modeling, NLP, and large language models.
- Be able to devise effective ML solutions and balance engineering practicality with scientific rigor.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-driven products to accelerate clinical trials and improve patient outcomes.
- Develop machine learning models and LLM-powered agents for patient recruitment, enrollment forecasting, and study feasibility.
- Expand the AI knowledge base architecture.
- Build data pipelines and deploy models at scale using cloud tools and MLOps practices.
- Use Python, AWS services, dbt, Prefect, and CI/CD automation with monitoring to support reliable models.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, designers, engineers, and domain experts.
- Integrate AI capabilities into the platform and support clinical research workflows for end-users.
- Stay current with ML and AI developments and turn promising prototypes into production features.
