Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar business intelligence and analytics platforms.
  • Experience developing predictive, forecasting, optimization, or propensity models.
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, demand generation, pipeline management, attribution methodologies, and funnel analytics.
  • Deep familiarity with CRM and marketing data structures, including leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and campaign data.
  • Experience using AI-enabled analytics capabilities for reporting, insight generation, and decision-making.
  • Ability to work with multiple and large datasets and understand complex systems.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, including managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define objectives, measurement strategies, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Identify progress and gaps against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, including risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
  • Design and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models for growth planning, forecasting, funnel optimization, and pipeline management.
  • Lead cross-channel performance analysis and attribution initiatives to evaluate marketing effectiveness, optimize investment decisions, and improve ROI.
  • Generate recommendations to improve customer engagement, buying experiences, conversion rates, and channel efficiency.
  • Translate analyses into executive-ready narratives through data visualization, reporting, and storytelling.
  • Establish KPI definitions, measurement standards, and documentation for consistent, trusted reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Strategy, Technology, and Automation teams to improve data quality, segmentation, reporting, and measurement methodologies.
  • Engage regional and global marketing leaders in business reviews and planning processes, and support consistent analytics practices across teams.
