Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role.
- Be able to learn a technical product and convey its value to potential customers.
- Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and respect when representing Echodyne and its products.
- Be able to multitask, work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow rules, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Bring analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Be organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and decision-making skills.
- Have a solid technical foundation and good technical writing skills.
- Have strong customer-communication skills, including the ability to give both high-level overviews and detailed explanations.
- Be able to regularly lift, carry, and move equipment, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Desired complementary experience includes coordinating across teams, working on a sales team, or deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars.
- Desired complementary skills include Python or Matlab, Linux and command-line use, digital signal processing, radar signal processing, hardware and software troubleshooting, and basic data plotting and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre- and post-sales technical engagement with Echodyne customers.
- Demonstrate Echodyne radar products at events, conferences, partner sites, and customer sites.
- Present the value of radar products to customers and partners and support relationship development.
- Lead installation planning and integrations, configure deployments, tune systems, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Manage customer and partner relationships during demonstrations.
- Participate in post-demonstration data analysis and report creation.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with Echodyne product managers and engineers.
