- Understand brokerage operations and settlement processes.
- Have 2–3 years minimum of cash management or payment processing experience.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Have experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
- Have working knowledge of AI tools for data analysis and process optimization.
- Be able to identify data anomalies and outliers in large datasets.
- Bring strong analytical capabilities and independent problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in fintech or digital banking environments (preferred).
- Be familiar with regulatory requirements for financial transactions (preferred).
- Have familiarity with SQL or other data query languages (preferred).
- Have experience with process automation tools (preferred).
- Understand settlement risk and liquidity management principles (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Process and validate daily payment transactions across multiple channels.
- Manage journal entries accurately and on time.
- Monitor account balances and maintain target thresholds across banking relationships.
- Develop and maintain short-term cash flow forecasts.
- Optimize liquidity positions to maximize financial returns.
- Communicate cash position updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Analyze cash movement patterns and highlight anomalies.
- Support treasury operations during high-volume periods.
