Requirements
- Have 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Have experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks such as React.
- Have experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using languages such as Python or Kotlin.
- Write clear, well-tested, extensible code that solves problems across multiple software components.
- Navigate large codebases, debug other engineers' code, and provide feedback through code reviews.
- Have equivalent practical experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with the global engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Break larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics during ideation and technical decision-making.
- Create and monitor metrics, escalate issues when needed, and support team operations and on-call efforts.
- Participate in interview and other growth and development activities.
