Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Identify potential savings and coverage gaps for customers.
- Translate complex policy details into clear choices.
- Create tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize coverage with customers.
- Address customer concerns and hesitation during the purchasing process.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to help refine the app and services.
