Requirements
- Hold an MD or DO.
- Alternatively, hold a master’s or PhD in a health sciences discipline and have clinical experience, peer-reviewed publications, hospital-based practice, or demonstrated involvement in public health projects.
- Bring expertise in internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, or evidence-based medicine.
- Clearly articulate reasoning and decision processes, including by showing your work.
Responsibilities
- Challenge advanced language models on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
- Evaluate topics including differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, and pathophysiological mechanisms.
- Evaluate clinical trial design and public health interventions.
- Assess diagnostic imaging interpretation.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
