Requirements
- Be fluent in Arabic.
- Have a background in medicine, healthcare, or biomedical sciences.
- Relevant background may include clinical experience, academic or research work, health communications, medical translation, or public health engagement.
- Be comfortable engaging with topics including internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, and evidence-based medicine.
- Communicate clearly and metacognitively, explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in Arabic and English.
- Challenge language models on medical topics, including differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, and diagnostic imaging interpretation.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
