Requirements

Have experience in accounts payable or creditors.
Have hands-on experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
Have strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
Be able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).
Familiarity with UK VAT is preferred.
Experience with Dext or Hubdoc is preferred.
Experience with expense claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

Capture and code supplier invoices.
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes.
Prepare payment runs for approval.
Reconcile supplier statements.
Answer supplier queries.
