Job Details

Experience
Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP

Requirements

  • Be a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Hold an active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
  • Have experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care.
  • Have experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Have experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
  • Be comfortable practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model.
  • Be proficient in using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, team-based approach.
  • Commit to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care to lower- to moderate-acuity populations.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
  • Develop treatment plans and manage medication.
  • Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records.
  • Coordinate with the in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
