Requirements
- Have a proven track record delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes.
- Bring a robust consulting background or business or corporate experience in HR (IT) transformation, HR cloud advisory, and Hire-to-Retire HXM technologies.
- Have experience in stakeholder management, executive-level facilitation, and leading transformation or change initiatives.
- Understand the Hire-to-Retire cycle, HR employee lifecycle, HR process design, process documentation, and process mapping.
- Have experience with HCM platforms including Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow HRSD.
- Understand digital transformation principles, NextGen HR, AI and GenAI in HR, skills intelligence, and future workforce design.
- Have HR product and cloud module knowledge across areas such as Core HR, talent, recruiting, learning, people analytics, time and attendance, rewards, and payroll.
- Have experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and complex, multi-regional projects.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management, problem-solving, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Meet the stated C2 proficiency requirement in English and the country's official language(s).
- Have experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for varied audiences.
- Bring consulting capabilities such as delivery excellence, presales and proposal shaping, and coaching junior teams.
- Relevant HCM platform certifications are preferred; practical knowledge of AI, GenAI, and automation tools is also sought.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end HCM cloud transformation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and align them with strategic goals.
- Provide guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation through HR process redesign and technology.
- Manage global, complex HCM transformations across multiple countries and module rollouts.
- Design HR IT landscapes, support HR cloud vendor selection and readiness assessments, and develop HR cloud operations and support models.
- Deliver HR TOM and experience-driven HR process design, including AI accelerators and HR AI strategy and use-case design.
- Provide workforce transformation advisory on talent marketplaces, skills-based organizations, learning agility, upskilling, and reskilling.
- Facilitate HR workshops and prepare presentations with actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to practice development, presales, service offerings, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives; lead and develop teams.
