SalaryZone 1: San Francisco Bay Area, New York City Boroughs $103,920 — $173,280 USD; Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area) $95,260 — $158,840 USD; Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona $86,600 — $144,400 USD; Zone 4: All other US locations $75,342 — $125,628 USD. The compensation range reflects expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus.

Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in event management, event production, or experiential marketing.
- Have experience leading or owning an event workstream from ideation through execution, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Have hands-on experience with Cvent for registration and attendee management.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Be tech literate and comfortable learning new platforms and tools.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
- Experience supporting internal events such as sales kickoffs, leadership summits, or company-wide programs is a bonus.
- Experience with RainFocus, Swoogo, Zoom, or Teams is a bonus.
- Experience with Coupa for purchasing and invoicing is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams across internal events, owning timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with event strategy and business goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations with external agency partners and vendors, including briefings, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support the building and updating of registration sites and attendee portals, manage communications, and pull reports to evaluate performance.
- Support attendee gifting and giveaways, from proposing ideas to working with vendors and placing orders through fulfillment.
- Submit and track purchase requisitions and invoices, reconcile them against event budgets, and maintain accurate budget tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, innovate event formats, and increase efficiency, including through AI tools.
