Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of data and content migration experience within enterprise systems.
- Have experience with enterprise systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Bring 5+ years of project leadership and customer-facing consulting experience.
- Have managed complex technical solution implementations in an enterprise software environment.
- Communicate complex concepts to senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Be familiar with Life Sciences industry regulations, including GxP and validation processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
- Be able to travel up to 20% across Europe as needed.
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes is a plus.
- Understanding of migration verification and reconciliation is a plus.
- Coding experience, particularly with Java or Python, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Vault R&D migration projects, moving customers from legacy systems to the Vault Platform.
- Own migration implementations end to end, from initial strategy through execution and validation.
- Advise customers through the ETL process and help ensure data quality and compliance.
- Coach and mentor Data Migration Specialists.
- Support customer validation and verification activities.
- Collaborate with engineering to refine migration tooling and automation.
- Support project scoping and estimation.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the development of migration frameworks and best practices.
