- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in large-scale document/content migration or enterprise database migration; 3+ years of success in a customer-facing technical consulting role.

Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in large-scale document/content migration, such as with Documentum, OpenText, or SharePoint, or in enterprise database migration, such as with SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle.
- Have 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role.
- Be able to advise on and communicate technical strategy to technical teams, senior management, and executives.
- Have hands-on experience leading and mentoring team members.
- Be proficient in REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data manipulation and integration.
- Be willing and able to travel up to 20% for client meetings and project needs.
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience is a plus.
- Functional knowledge of Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes is a plus.
- Project Management exposure for complex enterprise software implementations is a plus.
- Familiarity with GxP and software validation regulations is a plus.
- Understanding of migration verification and reconciliation is a plus.
- Java or Python coding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transfer of document content and object data from legacy systems into Vault for Vault R&D migrations.
- Advise and partner with customers throughout the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and proven methodologies with the team.
- Guide ETL tool enhancements and migration process design and implementation strategy.
- Assist with project scoping and estimating for the Vault R&D product suite.
