Requirements
- Have experience leading or coordinating others in a professional or fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong understanding of process workflows.
- Be comfortable working remotely and autonomously in an international environment.
- Distill complex instructions into simple, actionable steps for a large, diverse, remote workforce.
- Use performance data to identify bottlenecks and suggest practical operational solutions.
- Life sciences education or professional experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a remote team of approximately 50 freelancers.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into operational workflows for web research, data quality, and automation.
- Own team KPIs and ensure daily targets for data quality and volume are met.
- Partner with engineering teams to build, test, and scale AI-driven tools and process automation.
- Implement quality and efficiency projects to help the team operate as a cohesive unit.
- Plan and control business processes, remove barriers for team members, and improve process efficiency and reduce defects.
