Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience analyzing prescription data and medical claims data.
- Demonstrate advanced SQL skills and the ability to query and manipulate relational databases.
- Know industry-standard billing codes such as ICD, CPT/HCPCS, and NDC.
- Have experience documenting and presenting analytics results with stakeholders.
- Have experience defining KPIs and building dashboards to measure success.
- Python experience is a nice to have.
- Experience with the BI tool Sigma is a nice to have.
- Commercial life science use-case experience is a nice to have.
- Enterprise product experience is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve data observations and questions raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze data trends and behavior within customer-defined cohorts and across the network.
- Understand the product pipeline and its impact on data to identify improvements.
- Build standard templates and practices to streamline data quality in target domains.
- Own analytics projects in the data and feature roadmaps.
- Design data analytics and quality features, including match, merge, dedupe logic, value enrichment, and reference mappings.
- Establish quality metrics and build dashboards for areas such as merging, payer data, lab, and prescribers.
- Work with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and QA to implement data improvements.
