Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments.
- Bring strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI).
- Understand finance-related business processes and how they are supported within SAP.
- Have experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Work effectively with business and technical teams.
- Bring analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Have experience in complex enterprise or consulting environments.
- Work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
- Have functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial accounting, and financial reporting.
- Understand integration between SAP Finance and other business functions.
- Be available to work until at least 3:00 PM EST on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements.
- Analyze business processes using SAP Finance functional knowledge and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and other technology teams.
- Support requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Participate in workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Identify business process gaps and recommend solutions.
- Support test scenario development and execution, including user acceptance testing.
- Assist with issue identification, analysis, and resolution, and maintain project and requirements documentation.
