Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience.
- Have experience managing a team of individual contributors.
- Have 5+ years of experience in the technical design of a system.
- Have 5+ years of experience in coding and leadership.
- Demonstrate expertise in C#.
- Demonstrate expertise in ASP.NET.
- Demonstrate expertise in XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Be proficient in MSSQL.
- Be able to travel less than 10% of the time.
- Nice to have: experience implementing coding libraries and customer standards.
- Nice to have: 2+ years of experience in RTSM.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10+ consultants.
- Advise on coding best practices, code libraries, standardization, and efficient program execution.
- Work with the team to deliver quality work to customers at speed.
- Project-manage multiple key initiatives.
- Support team members and customers on calls and meetings as needed.
- Coordinate the internal team to develop a growing and scalable process and product.
- Find and hire team members for the Veeva RTSM team.
