Requirements
- Have 3+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software or a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Bring strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Be able to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Have proficiency with LinkedIn and marketing automation platforms.
- Marketo experience is a plus.
- Sigma experience is a plus.
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience is a plus.
- Third-party vendor management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of annual field marketing plans and activities.
- Lead marketing programs across lead generation, email, social media, advertising, and digital initiatives.
- Own logistics and execution for regional trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, and webinars.
- Write value-driven, customer-led copy to drive engagement and conversion.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver field marketing programs.
- Track program performance and optimize against objectives and budget.
- Maintain database completeness through accurate lead imports and data hygiene.
